The company has a board of directors, with the general manager reporting to the board. Currently, there are 320 Zambian employees, including 30 technical professionals in geology, mining, engineering construction, and management.

We have established fundamental management systems for finance, human resources, administration, and workplace safety to ensure a productive and harmonious work environment.
